The results of the study carried out indicate that there are preconditions to attract significant financial resources to pay for medical services related to the increased use of advanced medical technologies, at the expense of the population funds and budgetary sources. In the future, this solution will enable Russia to overcome historical lagging behind medium- and high-income countries in terms of health care costs.
