This was a randomized controlled clinical trial study on 64 patients. The intervention group received 8 sessions of 2-hour mindfulness training. The questionnaire on quality of life and psychological well-being was completed by the sample before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and 1 month after. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22.
