In previous studies on achievement motivation and hardiness, the researchers have focused more on surveying these factors within various populations and the association between these and some other related personality traits. Few studies have focused on the association between achievement motivation and the hardiness themselves. In this study, 105 participants completed the Achievement Motivation and Undergraduate Hardiness Personality Scale (UHPS) questionnaires. This research finding, among the 84 aggressive participants, the distribution of scores for achievement motivation varied, 38 of them between 0 and 20. About stratification of undergraduate hardiness personality scale scores, there are 57 person's scores between 71-90 in the 105 participants. There was no correlation between demographic characteristics and achievement motivation scale (AMS) in the 105 participants; Further, no correlation was found between undergraduate hardiness personality scale scores and demographic variables.
