Research methodology includes a pedagogical quasi-experiment conducted on 400 children divided into one control and two experimental groups with different ratios of structured to unstructured activities. Diagnostic tools included standardized tests for motor and cognitive development (M-ABC-2, "GNOM"), anthropometric measurements, questionnaires, and qualitative analysis. The results show no statistically significant differences in physical and cognitive development between the groups. However, the experimental group with a combined approach (50:50) demonstrated a steady trend towards more pronounced positive changes.
