This study aimed to compare the reproductive and sexual health of HIV+ women and healthy women who were referred to behavioral disease counseling centers and health centers. This cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical study was performed on 100 HIV+ women referred to the Behavioral Diseases Counseling Center and 100 healthy women referred to the health centers of Ahvaz and Abadan cities, Iran. Data collection tools included the researcher-construed reproductive health questionnaire and the FSFI sexual health questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 22 and T-test, chi-square, and single-variable and multivariate logistic regression. P was significant at a level of less than 0.05.
